Am I having another ectopic (tubal) pregnancy?

So long story short I'm pregnant and had blood work done, and my 48 hour hcg levels didn't double and were really low. Monday they were 105 and Wednesday they were 185. I'm not bleeding but am cramping and have a dull constant ache on my left side. I have had a previous ectopic pregnancy and only have my left tube. Just curious what other people thoughts are I have an ultrasound tomorrow and more blood work wish me luck;
