No symptoms during TWW?

I started Gonal f March 11 and due to follicles not growing I stimmed for THREE WEEKS. Any ways once I finally had follicles maturing I was told to do Ovidrel trigger(at last scan follies were 18, 16, 15, and one 12 with other small ones, estradiol was 700+. When I finally did iui I had no cramping, and a small amount of bloating. After O I had tender breast, headaches a few days, and a bit tired during the day. Im 9dpo/iui I haven't had any symptom like cramping, nausea, nada. I do have pcos, high prolactin that's being controlled with Dostinex. I'm trying to stay positive we've been trying going on 4yrs, seeing a specialist had have had two unsuccessful round of femara and one Clomid. Has any one else had few to no symptoms and still relieved a BFP??
