10 days late and nothing but negative pregnancy test?

Hi everyone, around 6 months ago i experienced a loss, it was early stages, me and my partner have been trying for a baby for a while now, my periods are never 100% regular but normally around 30 days. I am 10 days late and after 5 negative pregnancies test I just don't know what to do. I don't feel like I'm going to come on only systems I have had is very middle cramping. I know I should go to the doctors I'm just so scared they will tell me I'm going through another loss or I can't have children
