Did I perhaps have a chemical?

Hello, I am so confused! This month, my cycle was strange, I felt different, very emotional and crampy and my boobs felt very sensitive. I kept testing but all negative. When my period was one day late, the following evening I did a FRER pregnancy test. It came back with what I thought could have been an evap or a very faint positive. I would have been approx 15 dpo (pic on here). The next morning was BFN. The night of my faint pos I started feeling crampy and back ache, headaches, generally pants. Then I started spotting, but literally I had to examine the loo paper to see it, it was slightly pinky. I also felt wet down there. Eventually when I was 3 days late, I got out of the shower and AF turned up, full heavy flow. It was gooey is how I would describe it. Heavy flow for two days and now day 3 and 4 basically old brown blood some red but only when I wipe. I stupidly decided to do a clearable ov test this morning, (cycle day 4) and it went straight to static smiley (PEAK fertility)
