Late period, pinching near hip bones, sore breasts, negative test!?

I am about 3 days late for my period. I tested yesterday: negative. I've have tan cm on and off since 10 dpo. The last couple of days have had a pinching feeling near ovaries/hip bones, and sore breasts! Any ideas what is going on?

Also, I get pretty crampy before period, and haven't felt that at all. This is weird!
