What a sag uterus?

I've a miscarriage 2 weeks ago.and today I've a ultrasound to see if everything completely out. And on ultrasound screen was sag uterus? What's a sag uterus? And have anyine has this?

It could be the view used on that particular structure. In anatomy, they use anatomical planes to describe the location of the structure being viewed. Sag could be the sagittal plane, which divides the body into right and left planes.
This is just a guess tho. They are looking at anatomical structures so it would make sense that they label the view being used. Hopefully someone has a definitive answer for u.
