Spotting for 2 weeks

I've been spotting off and on for 2 weeks now. AF was due yesterday, but I'm still only having dull cramps and very light brownish spotting (only when I wipe).
I started testing at 7 dpo and stopped at 12 dpo (I'm 16 dpo today).
Every test that I took showed 2 very faint positives but there was no progression.
Has anyone else experienced this? Advice?
