I was so sure and now i dont know whats going on

I was 99% sure i was pregnant iv been having every possible sympom such as sore boobs, backache, nausea, increased discharge and my periods a week late but i went to the doctors yesterday and the test came back negative im completely heartbroken and have no idea whats going on with my body if im not pregnant then why am i having all these symptoms? So now its back to waiting until next year even though it wouldnt have been good timing to have a baby now i cant help but feel so sad after i was so sure i was pregnant
