Hashimotos
Hi
I had a thyroid test and levels of tsh are 2.84 and thyroid antibodies are 109! Does this in your experience sound like a reason for my miscarriages? Anyone with hashimotos? Would love to hear from you? What were your levels ? And did you take medication . Here in the UK docs are reluctant to give me any meds!

Hi. I got pregnant with my first child 2nd try and I have hypothyroidism and hashmitos. I was concerned because of the hashmitos more then anything because my thyroid was well under control with synthroid meds. However, my antibodies were in the 100's range as well. There is nothing they can do for antibodies. Which is why I was concerned. But I have a healthy child. Born at 41 weeks and flourishing just fine. :-) 2.84 is fine. You can fit anywhere from 0.35 to 4.94. Sounds like they believe your thyroid is fine. If concerned, go see a endocrinologist. Idk if it caused your miscarriage. Nobody knows. But a healthy thyroid helps. If you have any questions just email me.

I was hypothyroid and on medication, without medication my TSH was between 6 and 7, with medication it was still close to 4. I had a 2 losses and several months later was diagnosed with hashimotos with a multi nodular goiter. My antibodies were very close to 500. My doctor was positive this is why i had multiple losses. I had to have my thyroid removed and still TTC over a year later. I would make sure they monitor it very closely as it can cause fertility issues and seeing and endocrinologist may be in your best interest, also if you have not already, get and ultra sound of your thyroid! Wishing you the best
