What are some Implantation symptoms after IUI 9 DPO?

I had my first IUI done on January 30 (received the trigger shot the day before). I am currently 9 DPO. Other than some dull cramps here and there in lower abdomen I do not notice any other symptoms- my breasts feel normal no pain or nipple soreness (was put on clomid this cycle as well).

I haven't noticed any other implantation symptoms- and realize that fertilization may or may not have taken place.
I am having a blood test on friday- so I will find out soon- however are there any cases where women don't feel any symptoms 9 DPO but are in fact pregnant?
