Please any advice will be helpful! 7 days late! period late? Pregnant? So confused!

Hi everyone any help will be grateful. I'm one week late on my period which is unusual. Me and my partner have not been totally careful and o currently have a 4 month little boy. I tested last Tuesday on an Internet cheapie which appeared a faint positive. And I got the same result two days in a row.. Since there has been nothing but there is not one sign of my period coming. I've had a lot of pregnancy symptoms appear back like utter moodiness, desperate for the toilet, exhausted and the odd sicky feeling. I know sometimes people don't get positives till a little later on but with my son I found out with a first response quite early and I late tested Friday evening which looked like it could of been mistaken for a super faint positive but I said negative just encase I was thinking to much into it. I've put a few of my previous tests on here. I just would like to know either way. Please all the info you provide will be helpful, have you ever been through this and what was the outcome x
