ovulation and positive OPK
Hi, advice would be great thanks as i am totally confused.
I have been BBT this month, and results over the past few days are :
Day 13 of cycle - 36.31
D14- 36.11
D15 - 36.15
day 16 -36.07
Day 17- 36.06
Day 18 it spiked at 36.32 and i got my first positive OPK with EWCM
But this morning my BBT has dropped to 36.23 but with more EWCM than before.
I did not have the best night sleep, and woke up an hour and half earlier than normal. i tried to get back to sleep but after 10 minutes gave up. I BBT and got the lower temp, should i discount that?
we did BD, at 6 am today as well as the most of the other days (just in case)
I am not checking OPK until early afternoon.
Any ideas if my Ovulation is still on track???? i have no idea !!! thanks
