Implantation Bleeding ???????

This is the third time I've had spotting this month and after miscarriage I'm looking for every sign of pregnancy.. I had spotting during my fertile period 28th and again on the 30th and now on the 5th only after I felt wet and checked with my figure and towel not when I pee .. Did you have implantation when and how was it my period isn't due until the 13th or so .. Would this happen so early? Period a week away..
