HcG levels low.??

Had a misscarriage Dec. 31st i bled for about 7 days. I immediately got pregnant right after my misscarriage. I had bloods taken Jan 29 and my hcg was at a 45.. i had them taken again February 2nd and they were at a 289? I have no odea what my dpo is or when i ovulated. Does these number seems to low?? Please help.

Doesn't matter what they start at. What matters is that they need to double every 48hrs or so. Looks wonderful.
