I am in my 6weeks but am having some feelings by d left of my abdomen but am relieved when i lie down by my left side , i dnt know what dis means

It's normal to get aches and pains during pregnancy. If you gets cramps accompanied by bleeding then you should worry but what you're experiencing sounds normal. All the best.
