any hopes on still a + after 13dpo is negative

I went and saw gynea on cd 13 - everything was perfect. he had me to take extra folic acid and stamina gro. for the first time I had a progesterone test done on cd 23 - he called to confirm there was O. im currently on 13 DPO, AF due tomorrow. I have had cramps for 4 days on and around uterus (same as period cramps) and all tests are negative... what are the chances it will still become +... it has been 3 years now and I cannot do this anymore.....
