Cramping for month and pian in vg sensitive to some smells Nd now very light period

I have been trying to get pregnant for some time I had one miscarriage last year now we are trying again and this whole month I have been having stomach pains and some smells not all make me sick to my stomach and I have been having on and off headaches vg pains and abdominal pains piansvin my back and on the sides of my stomach now I cam having a very light period going on three days I missesvavpeeiod with my first but idk if this Means I am pregnant or what
