7 dpo - leg cramps, back ache... under medication

Hello Ladies,

I am TTC for 2 yrs. This month I started medication and I am taking tablet Naturogest(progesterone) SR 200 since 3dpo.
I am at 7 dpo now and last night I had cramps on my left leg. When I woke up today morning, I had severe back ache too.

Please advise if they are promising signs of pregnancy or could it be side effects of the tablet? I am so confused :-(

I really dont know if its a good sign but i found your question while looking for an answer to the same . Today im 7 dpo not on any meds and both my legs are cramping its weired and had never happened before in my life
