Anyone else with one tube?

I had a Essure tubal reversal June 16, 2015 in November I had the hsg test done and come to fine out my left tube is blocked and the right one was open. I always have ovulation pains on the left side does that mean I'm only ovulating on that side?

I only have my right tube and every other month I am convinces that the pain I have in that area is from the egg being released! My doctor also said that that is most likely what it is! Good luck
