I take Perfect Prenatal by Newchapter. I buy it at Whole Foods. Every once in awhile they have a sale and I stock up. They are made from foods instead of synthetic vitamins so absorption is supposed to be better and as a bonus you can take them on an empty stomach without the stomach upset of regular vitamins.

Look into Metagenics prenatal vitamins. My practitioner told me that food based multivitamins often don't get absorbed well. I used to take Rainbow Lights Prenatal Vitamins from Wholefoods and I definitely wasn't covered. A blood test showed multiple deficiencies.

Hi, my doctor told me to take the Pregnacare - Conception and Fertility vitamins while trying to conceive. I think Centrum- Conception vitamins are also quite good. Goodluck!
