It depends. If your partner has sperm count issues then every other day is better. But assuming everything is good and there isn't any male factor problems to consider every day is likely better.
In the past doctors always advised every other day but in recent years the recommendation has shifted to every day. Again, this would be assuming there are no issues with low sperm count or the like.

The 'Sperm Meets Egg' plan (SMEP) says try every other day from about day 8 (depending on your cycle length), then when you get your LH surge, every day for 3 days, then skip a day, and try the day after that. That is just in case you ovulate later than usual due to stress or illness. Good luck! xx
