Question

Ovulation late in cycle

I wondered if anyone has any advice on whether or not ovulating later in your cycle matters when TTC? My cycles are usually 33-35 days in length usually I will O anywhere from day 18-23(23 is the longest and I actually got pregnant that cycle) but I had a MC. I've started wondering if ovulating later is any indication of a problem?
My Dr doesn't seem to think so, but I'm curious about others experiences.

From what I understand, the Luteal phase is what matters.... under 10 days is not good for TTC. My cycles are typically 26-28 days and I usually ovulate CD15-17 leaving my LP at 11 days. I have also OV'd on cycle day 23 which prolonged my cycle to 34 days. If your LP is fluctuating or too short, that is more of an issue than ovulating later in a cycle. Of course, I am not a doctor and you may want to discuss with yours further if you are worried about it. Good Luck!
