Was I too early to catch???

I did a opk yesterday and it came back positive then neg today so i know i ovulated wednesday 6th jan, i thought id ovulated earlier so had sex on the sunday so 3 days before, we'v not been able to do it again and won't be able to know in time, is there any chance at all this cycle i personally don't think so. :(
i keep reading conflicting answers about how long sperm can live for etc x

Did you confirm ovulation by temping? I would say its possible, but if you dont get a BFP, I would suggest BDing more often during your fertile period. Good luck.
