I dont know anything about the copper IUD. I would suggest though temping and charting to confirm that you are ovulating and learning when so that you know the best time to have sex.

Have sex every other day starting on cd 8, and start taking opk test on day 8 and well....once you have a positive opk have sex three days straight, then skip a day and then have sex again following that day.
I recommend the wondfo brand worked for me and they are so much more reasonably priced I ordered on Amazon.

Pre seed helps as well its a sperm friendly lube
And use opk twice a day so you don't miss that lh surge

I agree with the previous responses. Also, don't forget your prenatal vitamin with at least 800 mcg of folic acid. I would definitely add Fish oil, vit D, and a vit B complex. Best wishes and good luck!
