16 dpo measuring 5w..?

So I went to the ER due to throwing up stomach acid. They did an ultrasound that put me at 5w gestation. If my last cycle was on thanksgiving why am I measuring 5w instead of 4w and 5d?? Has anyone ever heard of this?

I think I honestly ovulated 5 days before I was supposed to. But I had a wacky cycle. Even spotting during ovulation. I guess I have to wait until my first appointment to figure out exactly how far along I am.
