Any difference between Duphaston and Endogest200?

I'm on Clomid from day 3 to day 7 and Duphaston D16-D25 for the last 4 months, but has no result. For this month, my doc prescribed ENDOGEST200 instead of Duphaston. Every month I used Duphaston, I used to get period regularly, but this month, I din't get which is today and I tested BF Negative. Can I expect AF a little late? The medicine changed did not work for me or what? or am I pregnant? It's frustrating. I don't know what's happening.
