50/50 is still a chance, hold on there. my last pregnancy they saw neither baby nor heartbeat at 6+3 but it was there and measuring fine at 7w. i did lose it at 9w though for trisomy but this was unrelated to earlier findings. wait for your hcg levels.

Im so sorry! I had a similar experience with my first pregnancy. I never did miscarry on my own, but follow up u/s at 7 weeks showed still no hb and no growth. I ended up having a D&C around 8 weeks. You wont know until you know - but if i were you I would try to process your grief and plan for a miscarriage - which is just so terrible and Im sorry. If you want to be a mother please dont let this stop you!!!!! Try again. Adopt! Find a way. Even if you lose this pregnancy - hang on to a future one in your heart. Hugs to you.

My sister went in a 6 wks from her estimation and they did n it find a heartbeat, just a sac. Went in the next week and heartbeat was strong! Just give it a little time!

I got more details from the nurse today when I went for bloodwork. They only saw a sac and it measured 6w3d. If my hcg has progressed, I have another US Wednesday.

My hcg has doubled nicely every two days and is now over 46,000. I have another US on Wednesday. I'm praying for a fetal pole and heartbeat!

you should have a nice strong hb with 46 000! the numbers sound great

I am also having severe nausea and vomiting now (nausea all day, vomiting in morning). I don't want to get my hopes up but I'm trying to remain positive.
