5 weeks and 2 days with hcg levels of 22,000?

Hey ladies! Officially pregnant, yay :) went and had a blood test done at 5 weeks and 2 days, and the results are my hcg levels are 22,000. Doc is thinking twins, anyone else have extremely high levels so early? Been trying for 6 months so I've taken tons of tests every month, an my last period was 100% Nov 1st. Any ideas ladies? Happy for 1, nervous for 2, lol

I'm definitely thinking multiples. But I admit that I don't know much about hcg levels in early pregnancy.
