TTC after Nexplon removal, is what I'm experiencing normal?

I got my Nexplon removed on the 16th of November. After I had mood swings, cramps nausea, sore bbs, and metallic taste. I ovulated somewhere around the 25th, but on the 6th I started spotting, on the 7th I bleed bright red blood lightly, with a stringy glob of CM. And today I was spotting and have now stopped. I got AF every month for the two years I was on BC. Could I be bleeding a little early because me and my BF DTD on the 5th? Or could it be something else?
