CD 55 can I start taking Vitex?
I'm at my wits end. I have been spotting a very tiny bit for about a week (only when I wipe and lightest pink) I've recently heard of Vitex and the benefits of it. I bought a bottle 500mg pills. I don't know how much I should take and how long before it takes effect. ANY SUCCESS STORIES ARE WELCOME!!!!!

After looking at your HPT pics from CD 35 & 55, I strongly recommend you hold off on taking Vitex and instead make an appointment with your OB/GYN ASAP. Faint positives 20 days apart with no period in between warrants a blood HCG test at the very least, especially if your cycles are normally pretty regular.
