Can someone help me figure out how far along I might be?

I have a 32day cycle and a 15day luetul phase. My last "normal" AF was Oct 6th. I had a pelvic exam on Oct 26th and I think it threw my cycle off a bit because the next day(27th) I started having light flow/spotting that lasted 3/4days no clots or cramps.We stopped ttc toward the end of Oct. we were Not Trying Not Preventing. Nov. 7th came(supposed AF was due, also had sex this day) no show on AF which after a week of negatives/super faint(possibly evaps) on tests. Led me to think Oct 27th was my AF. So from that date, I should have ovulated Nov 12th( wasn't testing, just what app says) we had sex that day. And I received EWCM on the 14th, 15th, &16th. We also had sex on the 15th. We did the deed multiple times this month but those are the only times close to when I suspect I O'd.My first positive test was received on a dollar store Assure and Veriquick brand, very faint on Nov 23(11dpo) and blood work on Monday show hcg at 859
