Hi :) that hasn't been a sign for me. The only times I've experienced that about 8dpo I haven't been pregnant. I got af type cramps with no bleeding at 10dpo when I actually implanted. But hey, every one is different. Good luck!

It's the ovaries shrinking after ovulation by the sounds of it.

i am 9dpo today and i have had tons of fluttering and mild cramping since 6dpo. I am waiting until 12dpo to take my first test. we are both right around the same days! baby dust to you!! good luck!!
