Anyone have delayed bbt shift after trigger shot?
Clomid/Follistim cycle. Had 7 Mature Follicles. Due to some of the eggs being on the side with a scarred tube, the RE allowed me to trigger and have timed intercourse. My estradiol was 1300 so I know I had some good eggs. I triggered on Wednesday night at 11pm (Nov 18th). About 37 hours later (friday) I had horrible ovulation cramps and sharp pains for 9 hours! My ovaries were swollen and super sore. I was 100% sure I ov'd. I made the mistake of temping on 2dpo to confirm OV and to my shock, my temp still hadnt risen. I searched the internet for similar occurences and found many woman that the trigger had caused a slow/delayed temp rise and that's why their dr told themnot to chat on a trigger cycle. I plan to retemp tomorrow and if needed, get a progesterone test done. I triggered once before in 2014 and I know I ov'd then. So...has anyone else ever had a delayed/slow temp rise post trigger?

This isn't exactly the same thing so take it with a grain of salt but after my MC while I was waiting for my hCG to fall I ovulated while still getting positive pregnancy tests. I noticed that after ovulation I had a really slow rise with a fallback rise on 2DPO. I normally have a nice spike after ovulation but not this time. I'd assume the effects of hCG from the trigger shot would be roughly the same.
I'm not 6DPO and after a very slow, but steady other than 2DPO, rise I'm finally getting temps that look appropriate for the luteal phase.
Hopefully you get your BFP soon. :)
