Evening primrose oil and cm
I have a weird thing happening with evening primrose oil I take it usually up until ovulation or when I think i am ovualting and I get very little ewcm but as soon as I stop it within a week I am flooded with ewcm. Does this happen to any one else
I am cd 19 of a 33 average day cycle so should ovulate tomorrow but my LH tests are still very negative and I have hardly any cm and what I do have is creamy.
I am wondering about stopping my evening primrose oil to see what happens. Does this happen to anyone else?

I was just going to ask about evening primrose oil. I read it can help with cm but might make you O later. Think it's making you O later? I would stop taking it and see what happens but you might not want to take my advice. I don't know much about it. I hope you get some answers cause I want to know also. :) Sorry I'm no help.

I have been taking guaifenesin tablets. That's the main ingredient in Robitussin. I got them from the dollar store. It makes my cm very watery/slippery. Wanted to try epo cause of the extra benefits it supposed to have. Don't think it's worth a late O though. Good luck to you also!
