No symptoms

Usually every month I have all of these horrible symptoms. This month exhaustion... That's it. Had a few cramps at 5dpo and 3 tiny tiny clots that day. And here I am at 10dpo and still nothing... Does this sound promising... Also thought I should mention this, I am usually very emotional the whole tww but this tww I have been soooo happy even though I've been exhausted.
