Calculating your dpo

Hi
I used clear blue digital opk for the first time this month and got my peak last Sunday but do I count my dpo from Sunday or from Thursday when I got my high fertility ?

Neither. It would be better to assume the Monday following your peak fertility as the day of ovulation. Making Tuesday your most likely day to have ovulated. So Wednesday would be 1dpo.

If u had a peak on Sunday, that's ur first positive opk, so assuming u are average, O would be Monday and 1dpo would be Tuesday.

You got your peak on Sunday and you usually ovulated 12-24 hours after that which makes Monday ovulation day and Tuesday 1dpo.
