Failed ivf. Doctors said failed implantation. They transferred 4 good quality 3rd day embryo.
Want to know why implantation did not happen?
Before ivf , did hysteroscopy. Uterus all ok.
Any idea which hormance create problem to implant.
After ivf failure, I got periods after 48 days.
Then checked prolactin level it was 35. Average is below 19.
Please let me know other hormance to check on 3rd day of cycle. ( dr check estradiol, progesterone , fsh n lh)
Will b trying 2nd ivf in dec last week.
This is my last attempt bcos short of money.
Please help.

I know that IVF doesn't always work unfortunately. There are no guarantees with things like that. If you have questions or concerns you need to ask your doctor. You doctor knows far more about your health and health history than anyone here does. And your doctor is an actual doctor not an armchair expert like me and most of the other commenters here.
You should discuss these things with your doctors.
I'm sorry that you're in this situation where you're struggling through failed IVF treatments. I really hope that next time is successful and you get your BFP and take-home baby.
