How can i tell if i am really pregnant? please help

My period hasn't showed up, i have been really hungry and sleepy lately so i took a pregnancy test 2 weeks after my missed period and it read positive. The positive line was really dark while the negative line was very faint, in the morning i looked at the test again and it read negative ... the positive line had disappeared. so i am confused whether i am pregnant or not !!

Wow that is so confusing! I would say there's a chance you are pregnant because of that first positive but you should go to the doctor for blood work at this point to confirm! Fingers crossed for you! Keep me updated!

Like Danibre33 said, you definitely should go see your doctor so they can do a blood test! :) Your symptoms are pretty spot on!

i took another test and it stayed positive

You shouldn't get that line at all if the hormonewasnt there. Do another test, from what u hear the digital ones are good, straight up "pregnant" or "not pregnant" no line and scientific stuff like evaporation to decipher lol
