Any truth to Geritol Tonic helping with conceiving?

I've been trying to conceive now for about 10 months. Ive charted, done OPKs... Etc. I'm 27 and my SO is 29 together we have a 5 year old and never thought it would be this hard to conceive again. I've read a few things about Geritol Tonic helping with getting preggers. A girlfriend of mine swears this is how she got pregnant after trying for years. I figured I'd give it a try... I started taking the liquid tonic 2 times a day since CD1. I'm on CD9, and So far I've noticed an increase in my CM... But other than that I'm playing the waiting game. Has anyone else used Geritol and had success or heard of someone who has had success with using it?
