Confused!?

Ok so I have a 6 month old baby who iv been trying to have fr 3 year and finally it happend :) I'm currently nearly 3 days late and iv took a test and think iv seen a faint line , but now (tmi) everytime I wipe I'm getting a light brown discharge not enough to see but can see when I wipe . And getting cramps in my belly like my period is coming I don't know really ?
