MIA Period

Hey I need advice. My period is mia and im still cramping a bit on and off. If i missed this month and did not ovulate would i be cramping still? I took several pregnancy tests and all looked negative. I did spot on the 24th two pink small spots, which i thought was implantation bleeding. I would think id have a positive by now. All pms symptoms im used to are not there. This is weird. So i am wondering if a womans cycle if it restarts or she doesnt ovulate would she still cramp?
