Anyone ever have a strange feeling in your mouth as early pregnancy symptom??

I'm 6/7 dpo. I started testing yesterday (I know, very early) and receiving all negatives. I have very frequent urination (something I never typically experience, even though I usually drink a gallon of water per day...until just recently). More oddly, I have this funny filmy feeling throughout my mouth and tongue. Its been going on since yesterday morning and will not go away despite brushing my teeth and tongue and gargling mouth wash. Is also causing everything I eat to taste like crap. Could this be early pregnancy signs????
