Question

Dull pulling pain on right side of uterus, 4 weeks pregnant.

When I bend or stand up I get a dull pulling/twinge sensation lower on my right side just up from my groin area. Is this normal?

I had that too. It was a cyste on my ovary which is extremely common in early pregnancy and nothing to worry about. If you get any bleeding or strong pain though, go see your doctor right away to rule out an ectopic pegnancy. I actually called the doctor about the pain on my side when I was about 4 weeks pregnant and they told me I could come in for a sonogram to make sure everything was ok. They confirmed it was just a cyste. If you are worried, call your doctor and they may do a sonogram, that way you know for sure everything is ok

Thank you, sounds very reassuring. Will keep an eye on it! With my last pregnancy they found cysts on my ovary when I had my ultrasound. Maybe it's just that. Thank you ????
