Spotting??

My last period was on the 14th September I have a 28 day cycle so my next period is due in two days, I've been having a lot of cramping for the past two weeks, feeling sick, breasts are tender, I have took 2 pregnancy test both come back negative.. anyhow today I have been toilet and when I wiped there was tiny dots of blood.. I'm not sure when I ovulate buy could this be spotting? Tia

Maybe your period is starting early or maybe it's implantation bleeding. It could be something else. You could test again in a few days. Good luck.
