Had what I thought was my period, but I still feel like I'm pregnant. Can anyone relate?

Has anyone experienced this before and been pregnant? With period and negative hpts?

Yeah I had what I thought was my period when I was pregnant, also some spotting, but sadly it didn't end well. Don't worry though, a lot of women bleed during pregnancy and have healthy babies. Best wishes.
