I'm only 2dpo but I know exactly how you feel! The wait can be excruciating. I believe charting your bbt is potentially the quickest way to find out if you've fallen pregnant but if you're not already doing that it won't be much help for this cycle. Id suggest using ultra sensitive tests, you can buy them super cheap in bulk online. You can test from about 8dpo. Of course, you could test even sooner but prepare to be disappointed because you probably won't have even implanted yet. I guess we've just gotta be patient! Good luck & baby dust :)

try and wait, i was an early tester, did one at 8dpo, then 10dpo which showed very light positive within the time frame, did quite a few over the next few days, all light positives, confirmed on digi and got pregnant 1-2 weeks 2 days before period due :) xx
