Am I pregnant

On 9/6/15 my boyfriend and I had intercourse and the next morning 9/7 I was spotting, we had intercourse that morning also. My AF stated the normal 2 days and went away. I have been having lower back pain for 2wks, I've been nauseated, sensitivity to current smells, vomiting, and moody. My AF was due on 10/3/15 but nothing. I took a test yesterday, 10/4 it came back negative. HELP
