Could I Be Pregnant?

I'm currently 14 dpo with sore breasts, sore nipples, having dizzy/light headed spells, some pelvic pain on both sides now and then, no spotting, no acne breakout like usual before my period, a little nausea and no appetite. I've taken 3 tests 2 super faint positives and the digital was negative. I'm confused and this happened 2 months ago and af showed up after a negative blood test. Has anyone experienced this symptoms before a bfp or are currently experiencing these symptoms? Please help :( Also I used the ept brand so not sure how reliable they are.
