Question

How to keep his spirit high without getting too excited myself

Me and the hubby have been ttc for a while. This month looks really promising but I know from the past not to get my hopes up too high because when they fall they crash.
Im only 2 days late but my husband keeps up with my periods- literrally in his head so he asks today if it came. I play coy and ask "did what come". Ofcourse I know what he's referring to.
I dont want him to get excited simply because Im late, but I dont want to sound like a downer either. Its going to be a long weekend- atleast work helps keep my mind from wandering.
Questions, should I:

Poll:
Test today to give him a TGIF (4 votes)
Wait until 5 days late and test so I dont waste so much money of pg tests (3 votes)
I tell him not to get too excited we've been through his before (1 votes)
Should I just act like I dont notice until I get a clear answer (0 votes)
let him live in his own happy world (1 votes)
