Is this normal for pregnancy?

I've been having really bad aching kind of pain in both legs from the thighs and down both legs. Is this normal to expect for pregnancy? It feels like muscles are being pulled...

Yes I believe it's normal I have not been pregnant far enough to experience this but my sister in law is currently 7.5 months pregnant and her doctor told her its normal due to the extra blood flow.
